$700 (90 - 105 Minutes)
A psychiatric evaluation with Personal Psychiatry provides a comprehensive assessment of your mental health concerns, medical history, emotional wellbeing, and life circumstances. During this extended initial appointment, Dr. Chandrasekhara takes time to understand your symptoms, goals, and treatment preferences in order to develop a personalized care plan. For individuals seeking a one-time consultation, a written summary with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations can be provided to you or your existing healthcare providers.
Psychotherapy
$300 (50 minutes)
Psychotherapy sessions focus on helping you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and address emotional or psychological challenges in a supportive and confidential setting. Dr. Chandrasekhara uses an individualized, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your personal goals and needs. Psychotherapy may be provided as a standalone service or integrated with medication management when clinically appropriate.
Medication Management
Medication Only - $275 (30 minutes)
Medication + Therapy - $350 (50 minutes)
Medication management appointments are designed to carefully evaluate whether psychiatric medications may be helpful for your symptoms and overall wellbeing. Dr. Chandrasekhara reviews the potential benefits, risks, and evidence behind recommended medications and works collaboratively with you to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. Medication management services are available on their own or in combination with psychotherapy, depending on your clinical needs and preferences.
Clinical Supervision, Consulting and Speaking
Dr. Chandrasekhara offers professional services which include clinical supervision, consultation, and speaking engagements for clinicians, trainees, and organizations. These services may include supervision of complex clinical cases, career development consultation, and educational presentations, particularly in areas related to adult and geriatric psychiatry. Services are customized based on individual or organizational needs.
